A monitor that is sold in Germany requires a "RoV" license number if the accelerating voltage exceeds 20 kV and the CRT is not intrinsically safe. A marking with the license number is required on the monitor and a copy of the license must be supplied with the product.
If the product is private branded by the manufacturer owning the license, must the manufacturer file for a revision of the license to included the private branding information (e.g., brand and model number)? Is a new license required? Is any action required by the reseller who's brand name is on the product?
