The European Union has postponed mandatory compliance with CISPR 22:1997 (EN 55022:1998) until 1 August 2003. This version of the standard includes the new requirement for conducted emissions on cables connected to telecommunications ports.
Have other countries that require compliance with CISPR 22 (or some variation thereof) also postponed implementation of the 1997 version? My immediate concern is Australia. Any information members of this group can share is greatly appreciated.
