Cecil, If you mean to fulfil the EMC requirements for CE-mark purpose, Norway has the same status as the countries within EU. Apply harmonized standards if it exists. If no harm-standard is available, make contact with a notified body for selecting other standards or make a TCF. No special marks for EMC in Norway, but the CE mark apply. CE mark = The equipment fulfils all relevant EU directives (EMC, LCD, RTTE, .....)
