Reconditioned Equip

I'm sure this questioned has been asked and answered before. If I recondition 
equipment in the UK that is CE Marked to pre 2001 EMC requirements and I sell 
it later this year, do I have to retest to the new 2001 EMC requirements? Any 
input will be appreciated.
