At any rate, generally when a request of this nature is made, they want to see a test report or certificate showing your device has met the European standard that applies to it. If you have one, they may just rubber stamp the approval, however, if they are as picky as the Hungarians, they may also want a DNA sample. If you don't have one, you will likely need to have it tested.
