Christian,

there is VDE 0675 part 4 dated 1994 available to me. It contains a cross
reference to EN 60099-4 and also to IEC 99-4. 
My suggestion is to check with BSI in UK for EN 60099-6 which would be
derived from IEC 99-6 or IEC 60099-6 according to the new numbering
system. 
You may also check your German VDE 0675-6 for the cross reference to EN
and IEC numbers. Those are stated in all standards in the very
beginning.
