Hi Ken
I would like to alert you to a few issues regarding your request for info
on cost of a 3-meter anechoic chamber!
First you need to define what you mean by "3-meters" or better yet, what
you want to achieve with the chamber! If you just want a minimum size
chamber, with a 3 meter range distance. which can be used for CE compliant
immunity testing but only pre-compliant emission testing, then you are
talking abt a "compact" chamber with dimensions of approx. 7 long x 3.4
wide x 3 high (meters)
If you want a "3-meter" chamber that can be used for FCC part 15
certification testing (as well as CE immunity testing, but not CE emissions
testing-yet!) then it needs to be approx. 9 long x 6 wide x 5.5 high
(meters)
Also this FCC chamber would need to be semi-anechoic (for the emission
testing), and convertible to fully anechoic if you also want to do CE
compliant immunity testing.

As a large percentage of any anechoic chamber cost is in the ferrite
absorber, the cost of these two chambers is considerably different!

Costs and recommended suppliers will also depend of what country you are
in!

If you are in the US and wish more info, please contact me directly!
