Not sure of the actual number of the Australian standard at the time however it was based on IEC 435 for data processing equipment and IEC 380 for office type equipment (typewriters etc). Will try to dig up the numbers for you. do you have a particular reason for this interest? Telecommunications equipment (at that time only modems and LIUs - Line Isolation Units) were required to comply with the then Telecom Australia Specification 1302.
