Richard, We (I'm on CISPR SC I WG3) are still working on fixes to CISPR 22:1997 in this area. I would not expect to have the necessary amendment published by August of next year. Stranger things have happened, but I would be highly surprised. What happens with EN 55022:1998 in the meantime is up to CENELEC.
Work is being done on the specifications for the ISNs that will require existing units to be re-worked by the manufacturers. It is a bit early to publish just what is happening, but progress is being made. Ghery S.
