Any ENV standard is NOT a standard. It was never meant to be used as a standard but temporarily. The EN version following it WAS. However, in this case the EN 50141 was not published, so the only alternative is the EN 61000-4-6. The ENV version, as it says itself, automatically becomes non-existent as soon as its successor is published.
