Dear All, For a battery belt (pouch containing Ni-Cad batteries) worn on a builder's waist and for use with power tools used during construction of buildings:
1) What would be the applicable safety standards? Of particular concern is the pouch flamability requirements. 2) I assume no emc requirements (tests) for such a battery device. As I understand a DoC for CE can be made even if no tests were made. What would be a typical DoC wording for this type of DoC? Thanks all and hope some many of you enjoyed your Turkey!!
