I think the statement that you are looking for can be found in Part 2.803,
paragraph c (originally from OET Docket 94-45). The statement is:

'This device has not been authorized as required by the rules of the Federal
Communications Commission.  This device is not, and may not be, offered for
sale or lease, or sold or leased, until authorization is obtained.'

        I was digging around there because I was trying to find the required
statement for products that go to trade shows etc, before demonstrating
compliance. I tried both part 2 and part 15 but couldn't find what I was
looking for. So I must have overlooked it - can anybody direct me to the
section, or just send the wording.
