Can anyone provide me with some information concerning Russian certifications. I am interested in GOST-R and Telecom. It is my understanding that the Telecom testing has to be performed on Russian soil. Is this so? The GOST-R is a combination of Safety (CB Scheme) and EMC. If we already have the CB Scheme and EMC in place, can the tests reports be used or does it depend on which labs performed the testing?
