The user instuctions and DoC must be in the Hungarian language. Annex VIII includes the harmonized bands in Hungary. For some bands, the use of the alert symbol is not required and neither is notification. Unfortunatuly, the Czec directive is not available in English on the website, so I have not been able to determine if there are any deviations from the EU RTTE.
