I posed your question to a test lab that I've used in the past. They are located outside of the Philadelphia area. They maybe located a little bit closer? Their response and contact info below... John, We can perform single stroke to Level 4 and Multiple Stroke and Multiple Burst to Level 5. In addition we can perform testing for all EMC sections in DO-160D from Section 15 to 23 and 25.
