Dave, All radio transmitting devices are bound by the R&TTE Directive. Check Annex I for the exempted devices. I think you will find that your device is not exempt. I agree with Leslie on the appropriate Standards to apply. Don’t forget about the product safety component of the Directive which is required of all devices that are subject to R&TTE Directive.
