The resistance is about 20 ohms, and not 10 ohms. Now you needed 400 volts to obtain 20 amps through the two coils in series. Or, run them in parallel with 200 volts. This might be off a bit but I get 5 mN for the force between the two coils. So, they aren't going to tear the setup apart. Almost a 5000 foot spool of wire needed per coil. This looks like a fun project.
