As an assessor, we have been taking great steps to get this problem down to only a few dB... And, it is working. I operate a proficiency test program, that shows consistant results between good labs. US CEL also recently did a study, and with the exception of a few outlying labs, the results were very encurraging. Cheers, Derek.
