Rich,

What kind of equipment does your company design? I've used and found SEMI S2
as an excellent design guideline for many applications including harsh
chemicals. In addition to SEMI S2, there are several other design guidelines
they've published that cover many topics. SEMI was developed specifically
for the Semiconductor industry but you still may find it helpful. I would
start with SEMI S2 first and then look in the reference section for other
related material. Their link: http://www.semi.org/ You also may want to
look at some of the Mil spec's.

Can anyone point me to guidance documents for designing
electrical/electronic equipment for harsh chemical environments?
