Joe, It has been published in the EU Official Journal for already some time. Take a look to http://europa.eu.int/com /enterprise/newapproach/standardization/harmstds/reflist/radiotte.html. You can use the amendment 1 now and it will become mandatory on October 1rst, 2004.
