I suspect that it is irrelevant for the TCF. The conformity applies to the cabinet before you have pierced any holes in it, or modified it in any way. There is absolutely no guarantee that the modified cabinet still meets the requirements of the VG. The same applies to the EN. I don't know how much consistency there is between the VG and the EN.
