Ilan - The test methods are entirely different and, therefore, the result are not directly comparable. If you were to take enough time to review all available data, you might be able to derive a statistical correlation between flammability classification and glow wire results, but you won't save any time over performing both tests.
I wouldn't place any bets that V-2 would pass the glow wire test. Regards, Peter L.
