General philosophical response, I am not aware of particular standard details in this case.
There are two separate issues here. The first is intra-vehicle compatibility, the ability of the vehicle's own radios to operate satisfactorily while the vehicle is fully operational. To demonstrate this, the highest fidelity test is to monitor rfi at the output of the actual platform antenna at its intended installation point, using a test receiver/analyzer that accurately simulates the platform radio in input impedance, sensitivity, and bandwidth. Fundamentally, this is a product quality issue that in a perfect world would be an issue solely between a company and its customers, with no outside interference or standards. The second issue is the effect of operating the vehicle in the immediate vicinity of other vehicles, businesses or homes. Here the solution will require the use of antennas such as the tuned dipole or biconical, at specified distances and azimuthal positions and a standard limit and required bandwidths.
