CISPR 31 Ed. 1.0 (2003-10)
Database on the characteristics of radio services
This Technical Report covers the rationale behind the actual
database covering the characteristics of radio services. The
objective of the database is to register those
characteristics which are relevant for derivation and
specification of limits for disturbance emissions from
electric and/or electronic equipment, systems and
installations. Committees responsible for generic and/or
product emission EMC standards should use this information
together with CISPR 23.

IEC 60825-4 Ed. 1.2 (2003-10)
Safety of laser products - Part 4: Laser guards
Specifies the requirements for laser guards, permanent and
temporary (for example for service), that enclose the
process zone of a laser processing machine, and
specifications for proprietary laser guards. Applies to all
component parts of a guard including clear (visibly
transmitting) screens and viewing windows, panels, laser
curtains and walls.

IEC 60335-2-27 Ed. 4.0 (2003-10)
Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Part
2-27: Particular requirements for appliances for skin
exposure to ultraviolet and infrared radiation
Deals with the safety of appliances for skin exposure to
ultraviolet or infrared radiation, intended for normal
household as well as tanning salon and beauty parlour use.
Appliance rated voltage being not more than 250 V single
phase and 480 V for other appliances.

IEC 60335-2-30 Ed. 4.0 (2003-10)
Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Part
2-30: Particular requirements for room heaters
Applicable to the safety of electric room heaters, their
rated voltage being not more than 250 V for single phase and
480 V for other appliances, for household and similar
purposes. Appliances intended to be used by laymen in shops,
in light industry and on farms, are also within the scope of
this standard.

IEC 60335-2-44 Ed. 3.0 (2003-10)
Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Part
2-44: Particular requirements for ironers
Applicable to the safety of electric ironers, their rated
voltage being not more than 250 V for single phase and 480 V
for other appliances intended for household and similar
purposes. Appliances intended to be used by laymen in shops,
in light industry and on farms, are also within the scope of
this standard.

IEC 60335-2-83 Ed. 1.0 (2003-10)
Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Part
2-83: Particular requirements for heated gullies for roof
drainage
Deals with the safety of electrically heated gullies for
de-icing the inlet of the drainage system of flat roofs,
balconies, and similar structures. The rated voltage is not
more than 250 V.

IEC 60335-2-87 Ed. 2.0 (2003-10)
Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Part
2-87: Particular requirements for electrical animal-stunning
equipment
Deals with the safety of electric animal-stunning equipment,
These are for industrial or commercial use, on farms or in
areas where they may be a source of danger to the public.
The standard covers manual, semi-automatic and automatic
equipment. For electric fence energizers, see IEC
60335-2-76. For electric fishing machines, see IEC
60335-2-86.
