Are you thinking about an immunity test to verify your products are 'robust', or a standard that describes ways to minimize ESD on the bench? I'm concerned about the hazards of making proto units. Not if they would fail a compliance test. What I'd like to avoid, is the Lab introducing an ESD failure on a prototype, causing wasted research, and which may not be traced until something really goes wrong. Derek N.
