For your information, I have found it is possible to download copies of EU
Directives free of charge from the link below, providing you know the
reference number of the Official Journal in which they appeared, and the
date of publication. For example, the Automotive Directive 95/54/EC appears
in OJ L 266, published 08/11/1995.

You will be offered links to HTML and TIF versions. The HTML version is text
only. If you choose the TIF version (which includes diagrams), you will
