Hello Martin,

Although I would agree there are no requirements for the Standards to be
mentioned in the user manual, in my opinion I feel it crucial to identify
them here as it gives the user the opportunity to define the operating
environment and proper utilization.

Even if most users may not be able to decipher or interpret the Standards it
would give the manufacturer some leverage in case of a lawsuit due to
incorrect usage. 

I feel this information is just as important as the safety and caution
warnings. Chapter 1!

I hope I am not alone in this line of thinking.

Hi Anders,

There is no need to list the relevant telecom standards in your user docs,
they only need to be referenced in the DoC and copies of the reports held
within the Compliance Folder for future audits.  If you wish to list the
standards within your user manual, you could scan in a copy of the DoC,
however it's not mandatory.
