If you are interested in capturing data and plotting them, you may consider SoftPlot Measurement Presentation Software (www.softplot.com)
It captures data (x-y, Re/Im, |A|/angle ...) from many different spectrum and network analyzers and scopes (drivers are already built-in), and plots them in various selectable formats. You can also enter limit lines to compare your data against, add trace lables, markers, overlay many traces in the same graph and change colors..... A very handy tool I have been using for a while and I like it very much. It works with all major instrument brands and most models. If you happen to have any exotic instrument, they are very good with helping with the drivers.
