Hello Zhang Guoqing.

The IEC60417-1, Symbol 5017 is the appropriate symbol for
marking the supplemental earthing terminal, if marked at
all, even if it's a more solid and reliable earthing means
(it's usually hard wired).  IEC60417-1, Symbol 5019, is only
allowed at the main PE terminal, which must be in the
appliance inlet for Pluggable Equipment Type A with a
detachable power supply cord.
