Greetings, Does anyone have any current information on the expected publication date in the OJ for the EuP directive.
Article 18 of the proposed Directive, 2003/0172 (COD), specifies that Member States will have laws in place by December 31, 2005. It also specifies that these provisions will come into effect from July 1, 2006. Are these dates still realistic? All responses are greatly appreciated.
