Good people of the IEEE Community:

We are beginning a certification project of telecommunication network
equipment to be deployed in the Republic of South Africa. We are working
with the Independent Communication Authority of South Africa (ICASA) to
comply with the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and the Independent
Communication Authority of South Africa Act of 2000.

Does anyone have any good war stories with a lesson to be learned, or
positive advice?

No flames, please!!
