Hi Jeff:

Has this equipment already been tested for CE marking?  If you have test
reports for EN 60950, EN 55022, and EN 55024, I think you will find that these
represent a super set of any safety and EMC tests that are called out in the
countries you listed.  

The administrative process for actually gaining approval in these countries
will vary, with some countries accepting your existing reports and (possibly)
others requiring repeat testing with national standards and/or nationally
accredited labs.  However, on a technical level, for the countries you listed,
I am not aware of any safety or EMC requirements that exceed the European
requirements.

>From a regulatory perspective, the telecom aspects for T1/E1 and T3/DS3/E3 are
fairly well standardized internationally, so I would not expect any technical
barriers.  You may have to do some repeat testing, though.
