Does any one know what the status of EN 12184 is with respect to the Medical Devices Directive. Its number and title were published in the OJ back in 1999 but it is not in the most recent list published in 2005. Has it been "unharmonised" or is it still applicable. Ordinarily I would say if it's not on the most recent list it doesn't apply but, confusingly, it is still listed on the Europa web site.
