Including the Low Voltage Directive? You WOULD need to be able to prove 
that.

Nothing wrong if you make it quite clear that it's not for sale in EU 
and EFTA. Provided, of course, that the CE marking is legally permitted 
(or not legally prohibited) in the country/ies that you ARE going to 
sell into.
