We have a position for Printed Circuit Board Manager in Mountain View,
California.

Position Description:
Overall Job Description:
A true hands-on technical manager with proven track record to perform Printed
Circuit Board (PCB) engineering managerial responsibilities in the following
areas: complete design and board layout work, scheduling, budget management,
day-to-day employee supervision and career development plan, project
management, strengthening engineering and business efforts within the
organization.
Requirements:
Experience:
A minimum of an overall 10 years of experience with minimum of 5-7 years of
direct managerial experience is desired.
Education:
Bachelor¡¦s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required. MSEE
of higher degree is a plus.
Skills:
- Sufficient technical competency and hands-on working experience in the
following areas are considered important for this position.
„X PCB design and layout of high-density high-speed circuitry
„X Allegro Version 15.2, particularly the Constraint Manager
„X DFM and DFT requirements
„X Supporting documentation; fabrication and assembly drawings
„X Fabrication and assembly processes and materials
„X Data transfer between PCB and Mechanical CAD software
„X Interface effectively with fabrication and assembly vendors as well as
outside design resources
„X Creation and verification of PCB footprints/land patterns
„X Experience with Mentor Gr! aphics ePD schematic entry software
(previously Viewlogic Viewdraw)
- Experience in the following areas is a plus for this position.
„X RoHS/WEEE
„X Signal Integrity
„X Experience with Cadence Specctra AutoRouting Software
- Basics required skills:
„X Knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems, e.g., MS product suite -
Excel, Project, Word, Email, etc.
„X A self-motivated leader and team player with good communication skills
(verbal and written) with strong desire to work in a multi-disciplinary
environment.
