Dear Trevor, Pls see answers from [email protected]. Regards Jeff Jin SIEMIC InfoTech (China) Ltd. www.siemic.com.cn ************************* Hi Jeff, There is no requirement on Electrical Safety or EMC for Uruguay. Only certain types of Radio Devices and all types of Telecom equipment are required for Uruguay approvals. Manufacturers has two routes to get Uruguay radio/telecom approvals, either through ANTEL or DNC. If through ANTEL, the requirements are as below: - Documents in Spanish - Proper label as per ANTEL requirement - SIEMIC Test Report (fully acceptable by ANTEL) Lead time: 4 weeks &nbs! p; If through DNC, the requirements are as below: - User's Manual in Spanish - SIEMIC Report (fully acceptable by DNC) Lead time: 2 weeks Let me know if this helps.
