Peter,
Korea, in general and in my experience, accepts CE Marking in lieu of the
S-Mark. This would therefore indicate EN60204-1, and more excitingly EN
60439-1 as potential solutions. The other place to look would be in the end
user's purchase specification as they usually offer some guidance on
expectations.

No takers? No pointers?

Any help would be appreciated.

How about wattle and daub junction boxes with twisted paper clip
terminations?
