EN 55011 (limits to radiated and conducted emissions in ISM equipment) has
the following clause:
3.4 When ISM equipment cannot be brought in conformity with the limits of
Table 5a, the National
Authorities shall be notified by the manufacturer or importer before the
equipment is being placed on the
market.
Who are the National Authorities to be informed in the various countries of
the EU?
