We are building a “Reference Design” for a third party for the evaluation
of the chip and/or chip set.  

The reference design board is basically a motherboard with an ATX form factor.
 It most likely 

will be mounted in a purchased PC Chassis/Power Supply.  The total production
will probably be 

less than 1000 units. 

 

The question at this point is whether FCC part 15, IC ES003, and EN55022 /
EN55024 (For Europe) 

apply for limited production reference designs?
