为适应无线通信技术的发展,
��科研、生产单位研发新技术�
�新产品提供研究频段及便利��
件,满足无线电通信业务的需
��,根据我国无线电频率划分�
�定及频谱使用情况,并参照国际上通用的技术标准。
决定调整2.4GHz频段无线电发射
��备的部分技术参数,现将有关事项通知如下:
一、 自发文之日起,调整2.4 - 2.4835
GHz频段无线电发射设备的主要技术指标如下:
(一) 等效全向辐射功率(EIRP):
天线增益<10dBi时:≤100 mW 或≤20 dBm;
天线增益≥10dBi时:≤500 mW 或≤27 dBm。
(二) 最大功率谱密度:
1.直接序列扩频或其它工作方式:
天线增益<10dBi时:≤10 dBm / MHz(EIRP);
天线增益≥10dBi时:≤17 dBm / MHz(EIRP);
2.跳频工作方式:
天线增益<10dBi时:≤20 dBm / MHz(EIRP);
天线增益≥10dBi时:≤27 dBm / MHz(EIRP)。
(三) 载频容限:20 ppm
(四) 带外发射功率( 在2.4-2.4835GHz频段以外):
≤-80 dBm / Hz (EIRP)。
(五) 杂散发射(辐射)功率(对应载波±2.5倍信道带宽以外):
≤-36 dBm / 100 kHz (30 - 1000 MHz);
≤-33 dBm / 100 kHz (2.4 - 2.4835 GHz);
≤-40 dBm / 1 MHz (3.4 - 3.53 GHz);
≤-40 dBm / 1 MHz ( 5.725 - 5.85 GHz);

三、在该频段内的无线电发射

�照一体化设计和生产,其外��
的调整或控制装置仅用于在型
��核准的技术指标范围内进行�
�整或控制。在设置使用时,��
得擅自改用其它天线或额外加装射频功率放大器。 
四、设置2.4GHz频段的无线电台
��,按照信息产业部发布的《�
�功率(短距离)无线电设备暂行
��定》(信部[1998]178号)进行管��
,其无线电发射设备均须取得
��家无线电管理机构核发的型号核准证。
为便于查找干扰和协调,在室
��环境设置使用2.4GHz频段无线�
�台站应报所在省、自治区、直辖市无线电管理机构备案。
五、在该频段内的无线电台站
��间产生干扰,原则上不受保�
�,应自行解决或协商解决。��
便于协调而需查找干扰源,可
��当地无线电管理机构协助查找。 
六、在地广人稀的农村地区设
��使用点对点扩频通信台站,�
�报所在地无线电管理机构审��
并办理设台手续。为避免对无
��局域网等无线电通信设备的�
�扰,在大中城市的城近郊区��
人口密集地区,不得设置使用
��对点扩频通信台站,已领取�
�线电台执照的合法台站可使��
至2004年12月31日,到期停止使用,收回电台执照。
以往有关2.4GHz频段使用的文件
��凡与本通知相抵触的,以本通知为准。

一、具体技术指标Technical Specifications 

 

   (一) 通用微功率(短距离)无线电发射设备

            General Micro-power (Short Range) Radio Transmission Equipment

 

F类设备 (Category F Equipment )

  

本类设备是指工作于2400-2483.
MHz频段,除数字无绳电话、蓝
��设备和无线局域网设备以外的其它短距离无线电设备。

(This category is for those short-range radio equipment other than digital
cordless telephones, Bluetooth equipment and WLAN.) 

 

1.      使用频率 (Frequency) :2400-2483.50MHz

2.      发射功率限值 (transmitting power limit) :10mW(e.i.r.p)

3.      频率容限 (frequency tolerance) :75kHz

 

 

(六)2.4GHz频段数字无绳电话机  (2.4GHz Digital Cordless
Telephones) 

 

    1.使用频率 (Frequency) :2400.0-2483.5MHz

    2.平均等效全向发射功率限值 (Average Effective Isotropic
Radiated Power Limit) :25mW

3.频率容限 (Frequency Tolerance) :20×10-6

4.工作于2400.0~2483.5MHz频段的�
�字无绳电话必须采用跳频工��
方式,且跳频信道至少为75个。

(Digital cordless telephones employed 2400.0-2483.5MHz must use frequency
hopping with at least 75 channels.) 

5.  任意信道1分钟内平均驻留时间不大于0.4秒 。

(Average standby time must not greater than 0.4 second in a minute for any
channel.) 

In summary, the document 423 clearly states the power for spread spectrum
equipment.   It is 10mW for short range radio equipment excluding cordless
telephones, bluetooth equipment and WLAN.  It is 25mW for cordless telephones.
  The power limit for WLAN does not state in this 423 document.  Since the
current reference standard refers to the document 353 for the radiated power
of 2.4GHz spread spectrum equipment, for FHSS with antenna gain less than
10dBi, the power limit is 20 dBm (=100mW).

The product is meeting to EN 300 328 standard. However, it's transmit power is
about est 17mW.

Can anyone confirm whether this product, in terms of China classification has
to be under category one or category three as per above..
