Hi Carl, According to my search last month, China has not started the Catalogue. It will take sometime. The Catalogue is not only to us, foreign manufacturers, but also to themselves, domestic manufactuers. They have to make sure their product manuacturers can meet the limit requirements before including those products in the Catalogue. This takes time.
