DoCs referencing the new Directive are not valid before 20 July.

Some of the 'crusaders' even held that you can't put two DoCs, one for
the old Directive and one for the new Directive, in the instruction book
or packaging of products that you may or may not ship before 20 July!

It even degenerated into a discussion of whether that action was legal
if the DoCs were on two pieces of paper but not if they were together
on one piece!

My view is that if anyone brought a case on the issue of including both
forms of DoC, they would be laughed out of court.
