You can obtain an "unofficial" English translation of the requirements at this

Select the "Download" link next to "Technical Requirements for EMS
(2005.9.29). IT equipment standards for Immunity are covered in Appendix 6,
pp. 32-35.

The Korean standards are fairly close to the IEC versions; they drop the "IEC"
and replace it with "KN", as in "KN610000-4-6".

Subject: South Korea conducted RF immunity requirements?

Hello All:

I had the impression that South Korea imposes a conducted RF immunity test
that is either identical to or substantially similar to the one in EN 55024 (3
VRMS, 150 KHz to 80 MHz), which calls out IEC 61000-4-6 for the test procedure.

I would appreciate it if someone could clarify how the South Korean test
compares to the one in EN 55024. If the requirements are posted somewhere on
the Internet I would appreciate getting a link to them.

Thanks,
