Dear Experts,
We plan to sell a PCBA alone to a OEM customer in US. Our OEM
customer will integrate this into their main product and then sell in the
market. This OEM customer will obtain FCC approval (DoC route) for the
integrated product. Our PCBA will never be available to any end user. Do we
need to get FCC approval (DoC) for our product.
Are there differences between unintentional radiating devices and
intentional radiating devices in this perspective. Please guide me.
