This Regulation sets out specific limit values including: Energy Efficiency Index (EEI), Washing Efficiency Index (Iw) and Water Consumption (Wt). It enters into force on 1 December 2010 and shall apply from 1 December 2011. The Regulations tend to be product-specific, as the example shows, but some 'product' categories have very wide scopes.
