Hi Sam, You can go to FCC's OET Equipment Authorization website
https://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/GenericSearch.cfm choose 8CC Part 18 Consumer Device in the equipment class, choose date range of grants you want displayed. I entered a 4 year range of dates, got 463 hits, many of them other kinds of equipment, mostly microwave ovens, but a number of devices with description of RF Lighting or Electronic Ballast I refined the Product Description search term to "Electronic Ballast" and then later to "Light" with 63 and 12 hits respectively. The RF frequencies are listed on the grants. Interestingly in reviewing some of the submission documents, although the items were granted as Part 18 devices, they are simply switching power supplies that provide DC to LED arrays. This type of product should have been classified as Part 15 devices it would seem... best regards Tom Cokenias T.N. Cokenias Consulting P.O.
