Many companies used to have this information on their websites, but have
gotten away from giving out valuable, free information. Following is a good
site to help...

There may be fee based documents/databases out there. Does anyone know of any?

I doubt it could exist as hard copy because it would be out-of-date
before it could be printed and distributed.

This problem occurs in many fields, but it can be solved by on-line
publication with a permanent (human*) editor keeping it updated.

* Maybe a superhuman is required in some rapidly changing fields.

Plural: data, criteria, phenomena. Singular: datum (different meaning: use
'data element' for a single item), criterion, phenomenon. 'Effect' is a noun,
'affect' is a verb (except in psychiatry).
