some human freq's I ran across, not on purpose, were up close to 100 hz.

3 Volts open-circuit common mode from a 150 Ohm source impedance at 150 kHz or
higher. Your signals are differential mode and at frequencies of a few Hz or
so. Plenty of opportunity for filtering, shielding and common mode rejection.

Can anyone out there explain to me how low-level patient physiological signal
simulations (of the orders presumably of millivolts) on patient-coupled cables
can be expected to meet susceptibility levels upwards of 3V? Is an exemption
applied?
