Yep, you can buy that sheet material on Amazon, etc. at a reasonable price.  
But it only shows magnetic field, not E.  And not very high freq. magnetic
field, I would imagine...  It's essentially ferrofluid trapped in a sheet.

As I recall, at an IEEE EMC symposium several years ago (12?) there was a
demonstration of just such a "system".
A special film was placed over the DUT and a video camera is used to view the
electomagnetic emissions.
