(that will probably do) Even cheaper are Luxemburg, Poland and Romenia The latter (ASRO) is less than 1/3 of the common prices but uses TIFF images encoded and a special software to view/read them. No search either as in PDF. I recommend Luxembourg, but not a fancy website and no immediate download and pre-payment as well….. That's how I learned of them. I just ordered an addendum from them this week for the first time. They are much cheaper than other 'stores' that I'm aware of. You'll order the EN equivalent (no alternating Fr/En pages) and you can download the PDF.
